Many of our customers will arrange for a special person to connect, and this is the case with this customer. She has her own eyelash company, which is a relatively large company. Therefore, she has a strong desire to buy eyelash extensions in bulk, and wants me to provide her with some samples of her eyelash extensions that she wants to pack.
For such mature customers, I would ask more specific questions. For example, “How long your prefer?”, “And how many lines for one tray?”. I’ll give reference data for the size and more we can make. After the communication between me and her, she gave some data about the length, curvature, thickness, and quantity of the eyelash extensions she wanted.
I will give her a price list of these products based on what the client says she wants. Each item is listed carefully, and she can understand the expenditure of each item. She thinks the price is right, then we make a payment transaction, and I close a deal relatively smoothly.
In addition to the densely packed eyelash extensions, she also wanted some accessories for the densely packed eyelash extensions. She asked me for some product sizes that need to be designed, she made a simple illustration according to the size, and sent me the schematic diagram she wanted. I communicate with our designer, let the designer design them, and let the client see the design drawings.
I will ask the customer for her contact information and address in advance, and arrange some matters of transportation. After a period of design revisions, the design process is over, and I will confirm the final design draft with the client before printing.
After a period of production of eyelash products and boxes, all the products she wanted have been produced. This customer’s order is nearing completion. I will take photos or pictures for her to look at the product first, and confirm the shipping information I filled out. The product is intact before being packaged, and the package is relatively complete. She was very satisfied after receiving it and may contact me to place an order in the future.
